Our stay was truly enjoyable as we were just a few steps away from the relaxing Hanakao'o Park and a quick walk to the charming Whalers Village Museum, making each day a delightful exploration of lesser-known attractions and stunning views.

Wonderful condo experience with spacious layout.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! The spacious condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed visiting the nearby Whalers Village and watching the sunset at Black Rock. It's a fantastic spot for both relaxation and adventure. Just steps from golf courses, it was easy to explore and have fun!

We did experience some issues with the staff being unresponsive at times, which could be frustrating. It's good to know that some things might not go as planned.

I truly adored the lavish gardens, filled with tropical blooms that felt like paradise every morning. The paths were easy to navigate, making it simple for seniors like me to stroll and admire the picturesque surroundings.

More seating by the pool would be helpful.

The one-bedroom ocean view room was spacious and beautifully furnished. I appreciated the full kitchen for meal prep. The fitness center was excellent, with brand-new equipment. The location offered easy beach access and nearby activities. Breakfast with a fine view was a highlight. 🌅

My kids wished there was a bar by the pool for quick snacks and drinks. It would have made our stay even better with more convenience for families!

Great for Family with Kids

The room was huge and had two bathrooms which is a lifesaver with kids! The pool area was never packed so we could relax without worrying about getting chairs.

A beautiful location with excellent beach access, immaculately landscaped grounds, and a well-furnished kitchen contributed to a lovely stay. The view from our room was less than expected, as it was a partial ocean view instead of full, which was disappointing and the mattress felt worn out. Staff were helpful, moving our belongings during check-in. however, the small family pool lacked amenities like an onsite restaurant, limiting our dining options.

The unit itself was well-maintained and had all the necessary utensils for cooking. However, the check-in process could use improvement. My arrival experience was a bit rushed, with little information given about amenities. Daily housekeeping wasn’t consistent. our room wasn't cleaned one day during our five-night stay, which was disappointing. It felt like there should be clearer communication about cleaning schedules. Additionally, we had some issues getting quick assistance from staff when needed. Overall, it’s a beautiful location but the service aspect could use some attention to enhance guest experience further.

our stay at kaanapali alii was fantastic! the one-bedroom ocean view room was spacious and beautifully furnished, making it perfect for our family. we loved having breakfast on the balcony with that stunning view. the fitness center was amazing, and the pool area was filled with fun amenities for all ages.
